In response to the concern of the COVID-19 virus, Monument Mortgage would like to address our concerns and our actions going forward.  The health and safety of our employees and clients is our top priority. 

 

We have taken the following precautions to ensure a safe business environment as instructed by the CDC and the State of Massachusetts.

• All employees are set up to work remotely are encouraged to work from home.

• If any employee is sick, they are required to stay home.

• Employees who are in the office will be washing hands routinely and wiping down personal spaces.

Loan Closings are continuing to take place in safe and creative ways. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out directly to your closing attorney or your loan officer.

We are doing everything possible to ensure that your loan process is uninterrupted during this time. That being said we are dealing with industry changes and accommodations during this time. Our staff is working hard to meet all deadlines given the circumstance. Please be sure to respond promptly to all requests from your assigned processor to keep the process moving.
