As his career with Monument progressed, he realized that the company had the experience, knowledge, product offerings, and state of the art financing software that would allow him to continue to provide quality consultative services to his clients. Joe was so pleased with Monument’s innovative approach and its ability to adapt to changes in the industry, that he became an owner in 2007.

Joe continues to enjoy providing support to both first-time homebuyers and clients he has worked with for decades, who are now downsizing, buying second homes, or realizing the cash value of their property. He loves that he is now helping the children and grandchildren of customers that began working with him in 1993!
